Theme is blocking CORS policy on affiliate but button link

Hi,

I have made a custom construction to load variable affiliate products in Woocommerce. But when I click the buy button on product detail the theme blocks the link via CORS policy. I found out it was the theme because when I switch to the WordPress twenty-twenty theme the but button works and redirects me to the specific url. How can i stop this cors policy from blocking this link.

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

As per your screens, the problem is caused by different URLs: HTTPS and HTTP at the same time, I am checking the Settings and see your URLs are correct.

Please check the URLs you integrate. When I tried to click “Buy button” I went to the site of the vendor without any problems.

Hi,

I think you might have clicked on the wrong products, we had a couple test products with dummy links. Please check the link i posted in the “your website link”. When I look at the urls I import form the datafeed from awin, they have https protocol and the base url of our own site has https protocol aswell. I have trashed the dummy products so there cant be a mistake again. How can I get the to work because when i click it doesnt redirect me to jd-sports.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

Ive activated the storefront theme and the problem is resolved now. So it is definitly caused by the woodmart theme. You can check the site now. Ive added the product link in the link tab of this ticket.
