Theme is broken

Hi,
I tried to setup the theme with your wizard and after I install the child theme there is an error that I dont have permission to view this page, and after the page is showing that the parent theme is broken. Please help.

After enabling the parent theme, the import started to work well, you can check it. The issue came from the third-party code in your child theme.

The icons are not visible because the file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

I just had the same problem , I fixed it by deactivating the WPBakery Plugin , you can activate it again afterwards.

I see others had success by increasing the max execution time in the PHP.ini editor to 300 seconds.

There are no any third party code in my child theme… you were the one who installed the child theme… so please help asap to solve this, because rhe problem is just happening with a totally new website without any other plugin installed than the recommended.

We installed the empty child theme, there was no any third-party code, so seems that someone added it. As I mentioned above, the issue is related to that third-party code therefore you can just remove it at all from the child theme and recheck the issue.

I did it, but there is no WPBakery now and only option is Elementor for page edit. Please help to solve this, I wanted to use WPBakery.
