servicesParticipantAuction product Link: https://mercado.co.fk/product/test1111
1st Issue: If a user is logged in and places a bid they are redirected to the cart page immediately. After submitting the bid logged in user should remain on the auction item page. I check the system with the Storefront theme. It’s working the same as I wanted.
2nd Issue: If the user is the winner of the auction he will get a notification on the single product page. Please have a look at this screenshot https://prnt.sc/fBihuX_YBsBV
Not working in Woodmart theme https://prnt.sc/RBQR7-_5MG3o
3rd Issue: Bid increment & decrement are not working with the theme but working well with the Storefront theme.
4th Issue: On the checkout page (I am using Multi-Step Checkout for WooCommerce by ThemeHigh). If the user is not logged in then the login Step will show. After login, the user is redirected to the single product page. It should redirect to the next step. On the Storefront theme, it’s working fine.
Please help me to resolve all these issues. Thank you for the wonderful theme.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
1. & 2. Try to disable AJAX add to cart option in Theme Settings -> Single product -> Add to cart and check how it works.
3. We have removed our special script for quantity and now it seems to work correctly https://gyazo.com/ce594ee9c0195ead910629160d797896
4. Could you please send us a video of how it works with the default theme so we can better understand the problem?
Kind Regards

To check this issue you must make sure that you are not logged in. Try to log in on the checkout page.
On the first video (01- Woodmart): After clicking buy now it goes to the checkout login step (When the user is not logged in). After logging it’s redirected to the Single product page (Previous page). It should go to the next step.
On 2nd video (02- Storefront): After login, it’s going to the next step (Shipping/Billing)

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
It works well for us at the moment while the AJAX is turned off. Please, check the screenshot https://gyazo.com/646a69f6174ca7492cb14444e6692722
As for the checkout page, we actually redirected to the shopping cart page after logging in. We don’t know why it happens and maybe this plugin is not compatible with WoodMart. Please, contact plugin developers and ask them to test this from their side also.
Kind Regards

servicesParticipant1. Redirection problem is solved. Thank you.
2. If the user is the winner of the bid they can see a message like “No need to bid. Your bid is winning!”. In Woodmart theme is not showing but in Storefront is showing. Maybe some hook is missing on the single product page template. Please check.

Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to create a Theme Settings preset for auction products only and disable this script for those products only. https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-presets/

servicesParticipantI would like to set a preset for the auction products. Which will be the best option? Please guide me.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
There is no condition for auction products by default. As a workaround, you can create a custom attribute for the products to mark all auction products and then create a condition for this “Single posts from term”.
Kind Regards
