Theme is conflicting with Woocommerce Simple Auction plugin

We have the following conflicts with the Woocommerce Simple Auction and Woodmart:

-The button to increase and decrease doesn’t work for auction products. This issue doesn’t happen with other templates.
-In the individual product section the Auction plugin button and the Woocommerce button are shown at the same time.
Any solution for these conflicts?

Thanks, the button conflict was fixed but the buttons to add and decrease the price don’t work for the auction product.
