e.musawiParticipantHello there,
I hope you’re all doing well. I’m facing an issue with my Woomart theme, where the Elementor page builder has stopped working and freezes.
Here’s a summary of the debugging steps I’ve taken so far:
1. I encountered an error message suggesting there was a theme issue. I removed all plugins including the them’s core plugin, which enabled Elementor to start working again.
2. However, when I reactivated the core plugins, Elementor stopped functioning .
3. I finally gave up and removed Elementor and reinstalled WP Bakery, which seemed to be more aligned with the developers’ recommendations, but this didn’t resolve the issue either.
4. I reset my custom theme settings, and even imported a pre-built template and reset all settings, but I still face the same issue.
I’m looking for guidance on how to resolve this compatibility problem so that I can use the page builders seamlessly with the theme. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help.

e.musawiParticipantThank you for getting back to me.
I appreciate your assistance and understand the delay over the weekend. As requested, I will provide the temporary wp-admin info along with screenshots illustrating the problem in the Private Content area.
I would also like to share some additional observations that might help pinpoint the issue more quickly. I had previously backed up my files before encountering the problem with Elementor, which involved deleting about 5 hours of work. During my monitoring, I noticed the issue seems to originate when I was building the wishlist page using the Woodmart theme and integrating it into the theme’s settings. The page builder began exhibiting the same freezing issue. I observed that disabling the compare and wishlist features from the theme temporarily resolved the issue.
on a side note, I would like to add that I could not find the child theme in the provided files. Could you direct me for that as well?It would be helpful if you could investigate these interactions and let me know what might be causing the conflict. Also, if possible, I would appreciate an explanation of what went wrong after you’ve diagnosed the problem.
Thanks in advance for your help.

e.musawiParticipantThank you for resolving this issue. For some reason, my account is blocked from Evanto market, and I have no more access to your purchasing more products from you. I would like to buy licenses for two more themes from you. How could I do that?

Hung PhamKeymasterHi e.musawi,
Can you please contact to Envato and ask for more details? It’s actually out of our controls.
Meanwhile, you can create new account to purchase new licenses.
