    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please go to Dashboard > Updates and click the “Check again” button to refresh the update cache. Then check Appearance > Themes (or Dashboard > Updates) to see if the WoodMart update appears.

    If the update option is still not available, please provide temporary WordPress admin access via the forum’s Private Content field so we can check the issue:
    – Site URL and WP Admin URL
    – Username
    – Password
