Theme license for multiple installations into subdirectories

Hi

At the main installation I present the products using your Woocommerce catalog mode with one category. Now I would like to add a separate WordPress installation (not multisite) for the Woocommerce shop into subfolder /eshop/. Is it necessary to purchase additional license for Woodmart theme?

You have to purchase one license per project. But if this subfolder will be a part of the one parent project, you can keep one license only.
