Theme license issue

    The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.

    I activated this license once today. I deleted and reinstalled the website, but now I get this error. I also deactivated it from the Xtemos website. However, the error still appears.

    I activated my WoodMart license earlier today. After that, I deleted and reinstalled my WordPress website on the same domain.

    Now I’m trying to activate the license again, but I get the following error:
    “The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider…”

    However, when I check the license status on your website, it shows as activated for the new domain.

    It seems that the license is properly bound, but my website cannot connect to your API server to validate it.

    Hello,

    Just deactivate the license in your account in our website and then activate it again in WoodMart -> Theme license. You do not need to reinstall WordPress.
