Theme License not activating on WP and WoodMart Core not activating

Hello, I’ve recently migrated a website to a new host and wanted to install Woodmart on it.
When I am inputting the purchase key during the theme setup process, it says that the license is activated but does not go to the second step – it also shows up as “not activated” in Woodmart’s “Theme License” settings. If I try to activate it again it says that the key is already being used. It also shows up as activated on my xtemos user dashboard.
Lastly, I cannot activate Woodmart Core, it just does nothing when clicking on activate. If I refresh it asks me to activate again.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? I removed the theme (both main and child theme), plugins and re-installed them multiple times but to no avail.

You need to click on the “Deactivate” button for your domain in your account on our website https://xtemos.com/my-account/
Then you will be able to activate the license without any issues from WoodMart -> Theme license.
