Theme looks like not compartable with WPML

I have some trouble with permalinks. I have a site with two translations. Links to categories on different languages lead to 404 error. I think that it is some bug, I’ve never had such a trouble on other websites.
No categories works in other languages. Even after I have have switched to links like https://olli-market.it/?product_cat=furniture – in English it works. in other languages it does not. When I change settings to ususal links like https://olli-market.it/category/ – then all links are borken.
I am ready to provide login and password. I think that there is some conflict between wordpress permalink sysem and wpml slag translations. Please help me
