Theme Not Visible in WordPress

Hello, today saw on my website page this message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”
then I deactivated all plugins but nothing happened I noticed my wood mart plugin is these are not visible in the left sidebar then I checked it is activated…then I activated another theme. then the website worked. but why woodmart theme is invisible please help me out. please have a look on it. Thanks.

so I have to uninstall the theme and then reinstall it but what about data? I did nothing so why it happened? any suggestions to make this secure from malware? I just installed jetpack yesterday should I use that or not?

Yes, you just need to reinstall, but first make a full backup of data and files. The reasons may be many from a malicious plug-in or accidentally deleted a file.

i reinstall the theme but icons are missing. and some graphics are missing.
