    Hello, today saw on my website page this message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”
    then I deactivated all plugins but nothing happened I noticed my wood mart plugin is these are not visible in the left sidebar then I checked it is activated…then I activated another theme. then the website worked. but why woodmart theme is invisible please help me out. please have a look on it. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your FTP access so we can check it?

    It looks like you have damaged theme files you need to reinstall the theme.

    so I have to uninstall the theme and then reinstall it but what about data? I did nothing so why it happened? any suggestions to make this secure from malware? I just installed jetpack yesterday should I use that or not?

    Yes, you just need to reinstall, but first make a full backup of data and files. The reasons may be many from a malicious plug-in or accidentally deleted a file.

    i reinstall the theme but icons are missing. and some graphics are missing.

    Try to back up your files and database. And do not use unverified third-party plugins. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend you how to make backups, but you can easily find all the information on the Internet.
