Theme Not working Worpress elementor

Hi team,
Can I please have some help, i just installed the woodmart theme and the website is loading or any page, is just spinning and nothing load. te URL is ok and HTTPs is ok . I have to delete an website and create again because is just not working also all plug in are deactivated and teh site works with a diferent theme. Can you please advice please i never had this problem please.
