Theme Options Framework plugin just won't activate

Hi,
I just installed your theme on my server. Two issues encountered.

1)Trying to activate all the related plugins. For some reason, I just cannot get the Theme Options Framework plugin to activate at all. When I click activate, it doesn’t display a message or anything. Just a blank page. And then it shows up as not activated again.

2) Not sure if this is related or not to the above, but clicking on the Basel theme listed in Admin panel or any of the sub-options ((Theme Setting, theme license) comes up with an error saying ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page’.

Please can you help?

Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and start the WooCommerce wizard.
Then activate Theme Options Framework

tried that. no change

I’m going to try and re-install the theme again. See if that helps.
