Theme problem

If I click on another page in the menu, I see something for a moment and then it disappears again.
I just called my server support and was found this problem comes from my theme,
can you please help me?

It seems to be a cache issue on your website.

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide the admin panel login details of the website.
