Theme questions

Hello, great theme but something is wrong with the theme and things are displaying differently than when we first installed it, first off our site is https://sos-safety.com/

Secondly the first thing we need fixed is the header of the Shop pages. Can you please tell us how to remove the dark background box in the top of the shop pages that shows all of the subcategories? Here is an example page: https://sos-safety.com/products/hoses/

I have added a screenshot of the section we want removed on ALL shop pages to ensure there is no confusion. Please advise asap

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Could you kindly roll back to the backup before you installed the theme and provide the site admin access I will try to install it correctly? When you install the theme on the existing site, you need to deactivate all the plugins and follow the manual installation instead of the automatic setup.

I have checked the shop page, it seems you have solved this issue already.

Wow really? The site has been live for a while, we cannot possibly roll back any backups as the theme was installed as the site was built so there is nothing to roll back to.

You need to edit the shop page and set another color or set the background. Find our documentation tutorial about this here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

Please advise what is left to fix, we will need page URL and screen or step-by-step description to reproduce.

WHAT?? Oh no this is not good support, all I want is this site fixed, why would I change any color background? The site is all messed up, I have already provided the URL and screenshots above, I will report this terrible support to Themeforest if this does not get fixed immediately.

Thank you for you help, one other thing we would like to do is when you roll over a product you see 3 icons pop up, one for Compare, Quick View and Add To Wishlist. Can you please send us the CSS code to remove ONLY the Add To Wishlist icon or tell us how to remove this icon in theme settings?
