Theme selections are not saving

Hello, I have purchased the them for a second time to use for a sister website to the one I used originally. I duplicated the website and changed the purchase code, however when I change all of the colours, fonts, etc these selections don’t save. It stays as the default settings. Are you able to help with this? This is the new website I am working on: http://staging.imsolution.com.au/

Try to check and disable mod_security on your server. It may block “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.
If the problem persists, please provide the site admin access to the private area.
