When I want to save the changes in Theme Setting they are not saved, but opens the options.php page

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards

Disable the plugins as advised, and the problem continues, does not save the changes in Theme Setting

    Hello,

Please contact the host support and ask them to increase PHP max input vars limit parameter till 1000.

You can check the current value for this parameter in your Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> System status. Usually, this parameter is not allowed to be changed on shared hostings, so you will need to contact your server providers and ask to increase this limit. The recommended value for this is 10000

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards

    Hello.
I increased the PHP Max Input Vars Limit to 3000, and now I can save the changes in Theme Setting correctly.
    Thanks.
    One more question…
I put the shop in catalog mode, but the cart is not hidden. How do you hide the shopping cart?
    Thank you

There are plugins that deactivate the cart, etc., but before installing it I wanted to know if Woodmart brought it on the setting.

    And one more question …
When is the shop in catalog mode, can you put a button that sends an email warning that it is consulted by that product?
    Thank you

    Hello,

You need to create a contact form and insert it into the After adding to cart area in the Theme Settings > Single Product > Cart Options.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards

You did not answer my question about cleaning the cache, the cart is still visualized

    Hello,

The shopping cart has disappeared: https://gyazo.com/e5adfc0c472d2b4a4a9d90e773c20786 and https://gyazo.com/e445d9b583111f34d8666309c4744994

I have checked the product page, you have added HTML that contains the common button “shop now”, you need to enter this HTML and remove these buttons manually as this is custom content created manually.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards
