Theme Setting Page is Empty

Woodmart theme setting page is empty, don’t know why. (empty, not blank page. no options to choose)

Wordpress, woocommerce, and all the required plugins are already updated to the latest version.

I also tried to downgrade redux framework’s versions but the theme setting page was still empty.

However, if I go to appearace->custom, then I can edit theme options there, but it’s very inconvenience and I wouldn’t want to edit the theme there.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

We found that the problem was cause by a payment plugin we use, as long as the plugin is deactivated, the theme option work normal.
