Theme setting reset random

    Hello guys,
    We are having a problem on a site where we have your theme installed. Every now and then, randomly, I can’t give a time frame or anything, at some point the theme settings reset.
    We don’t have any errors, nothing.
    Has this happened to anyone else?
    Do you have any suggestions?

    Also, describe all the actions you did in the dashboard before you noticed this reset.
