Theme setting slow

Hello,
from the last 2 updates of the theme I notice that when I am editing the theme only on the backend everything become very very slow.
what was changed?
why is that?
how can I fix it?

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back. Also, send me access to the admin panel.

Seems that the problems are with your server because your website is slow on the backend no matter which theme is activated. Here is a screenshot of speed on the default theme – https://prnt.sc/GRuTa2UYoCl0

You can contact your hosting provider for help on this matter. Or you can try to use a different server for your website.
