    When I go to edit this product in the admin, the section of the theme settings is missing. Why?

    I made a staging copy of my site :
    – switched to parent theme
    – all plugins disabled
    – all custom code deleted

    The theme setting is still not getting displayed on the admin of the product page.

    Navigate to the Screen options in the right top of the product page and enable all.

    You have not deactivated the plugins on the main site.

    Deactivate and check.

    Here are the plugins related to the theme, deactivate all the rest.

    CMB2
    Redux Framework
    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    Seriously …….??? I made a staging for checking this issue, check there on the staging. I gave the live site video just for information to say that the issue occurs same on live (everything enable) & staging (everything disabled)

    Of course I won’t touch my live site! What’s the purpose then of having staging copy!
    Now please investigate on the staging!!

    When I enter your staging site I get to your live site.

    This works perfectly well, provided the theme has not been customized, the plugins are deactivated, no custom code has been added.

    Update the access to the staging site so that I could enter it easily.

    Look it’s been 10 times that I’m raising tickets with examples in staging sites, and it’s been 10 times that I always had to tell you to connect to my admin site BEFORE going to the staging site!

    This is the way of working with any staging site. You really think staging sites will be made available for public? Of course, you need to connect as admin first on the live site. You don’t even understand how a staging site works.

    Now you go on the staging and you analyze it !!!! Stop asking me to do something or change something on this staging. You go on the staging and you check what’s wrong!

    I’m sorry to say this, but it’s always like this with you. You never make any effort to check any issue reported. Everything needed to analyze the ticket was granted in the initial comment and yet, you manage to make bullshits around. This is not the first time, and it really starts to piss me off…

    1. I logged in your admin then tried to went to the staging site. I cannot keep in mind your complicated way of logging each time. Please provide login page URL/login/password.

    2. Create the separate domain clean installation of WordPress, install our theme, configure and upload the demo, show me the same problem on this site.

    3. If you have the problem caused by our theme on clean installation, contact us and we shall do our best to help you immediately.

    Out theme works perfectly provided:

    1. You have installed and activated the theme without customization.

    2. You have installed and activated all the plugins related to the theme, see the post #126316

    You have not activated CMB2. Activate and check.
