Theme settings not responding

This is the second installation with this theme which I just got. Everything is coming together except the Theme settings are not responding. The page content is blank except for the left hand menu but the buttons do not respond.
Woocommerce and WPBakery are the only active plugins. This happens with both the main theme and the child theme.

Resolved. Woodmart core was not activated.
