Theme settings / Typography doesnt switch fonts

Hi
I’m new user of Basel theme (5.0.0). I set ‘Open Sans’ in all Theme settings / Typography,
but it doesn’t work, I see still
.font-default
{font-family:Karla,Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;} and no Open Sans also in other font related lines.
Site is new with fresh WordPress and fresh Basel installation.
It worked ok for my old trials with Basel 3.9.1
Please help, do I miss something?

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Starting from 5.0 there are plugins that are no more required: CMD and Redux Framework, they may cause the problems. I have disabled them and seems the problem has been solved https://prnt.sc/pj9dft
