"Theme Settings" Typography issues

    Typography changes like color or font selections are not displaying. One of the places this problem seems to be happening inside the WPBakery text elements.

    The main navigation menu font color and its hover color are not responding to changes. The menu font selection and size is working.

    Body text is not responding to color changes.

    Product titles are working, meaning type selection and hover color is working.

    I don’t know how to change the all the light gray colored fonts on the website.

    I’m using both the main Typography and Advanced Typography areas of the Theme Settings. I don’t know if these settings are conflicting with each other.

    Please help!

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website.

    Also provide with some relevant screenshot of the specific areas you are trying to change the fonts and typography to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    It’s not practical to deactivate all plugins at this time. This is a shopping site that requires their daily use. Please review my installation of your theme and the set up I have and how it may relate to issues I’m experiencing with the fonts not responding to changes in the settings as outlined above.

    Hello,

    I have visited your website and you are using Custom CSS for the tag and the

    tag that is not letting the Typography to work.

    Please remove the CSS then check back. If you are still unable then provide the correct admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly. Because the login details you provided are not working.

    Not sure you got this reply, sending new login to our site, still having trouble I do not see custom css you’re referring to anywhere in our custom code fields.

    Hello,

    The issue is caused by the Redux plugin. I have deactivated it and the issue is fixed.

    I have reactivated the plugin back on your website. You can try deactivating yourself.
