Theme settings won’t save after new install

Hi
I have used Basel many times. I have installed it to a new domain, for some reason none of the plugins would install but I got around this by doing it manually.
Now when I try to update anything in the Theme, like adding a new logo, it won’t save and throws me back to a Settings page where the message is:
“Warning: This page allows direct access to your site settings. You can break things here. Please be cautious!
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

We just tested Theme Settings on your website and it works correctly for us. Could you please clarify how to reproduce the issue?
