Theme Setup

Hello I’m trying to setup the Woodmart theme on my staging site, currently going thru the setup. I’m at the PLUGINS stage – all have been installed and activated, but I’m not able to access the NEXT STEP button to move further, it’s grey out. I’ve tried to deactivate all and start again, but same issue.

Please keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off and test how it works.

there seems to be an issue with the Support Ticket System By Phoeniixx plugin. I keep trying to install and it reverts back. also, the icon that shows beside it is not active – has a question mark. when I try to install from the dashboard page the message that comes up in pop up window says CLOSED. please see all screenshots.

Try to keep this plugin deactivated while installing the theme. You can turn it back when you complete the setup.

it is deactivated I still can’t make it past the plugins window, the next step button is greyed out. I tried to deactivate all the other plugins one by one as well while refreshing the plugin setup page. still nothing.

could you please login and help the setup? if it doesn’t work we’d like refund please.

As we can see, the plugins are still turned off. Please disable them all and record a short video so we can see the problem.
