Theme styles are not loading for me

Hi,
Recently we migrated to a different hosting and after that the theme styles both admin side as well as front end styles are not loading for us.
I activated another default theme available to check, whether it is really theme related issue. With the diffault theme, styles are loading. How do we resolve this? Atleast a guidance would be of real help.
