THEME TRANSLATIONS lost After WordPress Update

    Hello,

    if there a way to avoid losing translations before updating WordPress? I just updated it to 5.5 and lost all my translated files for Woocommerce mainly.

    Hello,

    Please restore your site from a backup (I do hope you have done the backup) and follow this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

    Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.
