Theme update

Hello. I’m having some kind of problem updating the theme.
When I click on “Update” it takes a long time and in the end I get an “Update failed” message.
What can it be due to?

I leave a screenshot with the error it shows.

At the time, when purchasing and installing the theme, I activated it using the purchase code, as you can see in the attached file.
Anyway I get a message saying “WordPress automatic update could not be completed. Please try again.”

Could it be due to some PHP version issue?
I am using PHP 7.4 (ea-php74)

Hello,

Instead of using automatic updates, use manual. Please navigate to Appearance -> Themes -> Add new and click on the “Upload theme” button and then choose the theme installable zip file in the form -> Click on “Install now.“ -> Click on the “Replace current with uploaded” button.

The one I should use is the “woodmart.zip” file that is inside “All files & documentation”?
