juanrojodesignParticipantHi there,
Hope all is well. Great job on the new updates but causing issues on the cloned version of the website we created the other day. If you refresh the page it’s shows properly but unsure what the issue is.
Have been in touch with Cloudways hosting on this and have done all the steps you will suggest as always trying the parent theme and disabling plugins.
See video and link to staging site in private notes and please if replying with video or attachment can you make private?
Many thanks,

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHi,
Please make sure that WoodMart Theme and WoodMart Core plugin is updated to the latest version on your site. Deactivated all the third party Plugins on your Site. You can reactivate the theme again as per your choice.
Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.
Best Regards.

juanrojodesignParticipantHi there,
Still having issues with update and have done all possible options along with the help of Cloudways team. We even made another cloned version of website and still the issue persists to happen.
If you use the ?nocache on the pages all seems to look ok and Cloudways has no solution for this as it seems it doesn’t pull the child theme custom css we have in backend.
Did you remove this option in backend in CSS settings? See attachment.
Link to new staging site below.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
So, we have visited both your websites, the Live one and the new Staging one too. Things seem to be appearing fine there almost everything. Could you please further update what specifically is not appearing fine on those? And also please share those exact page URLs too so that we can better check and understand.
Further, for the options related to optimization under the Theme, you can navigate to the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Performance > there you can find related options to check. After the Theme Update, some of the options have been changed. You can read more about the updated 7.1 version here: https://xtemos.com/woodmart-7-1-update/
Best Regards.

juanrojodesignParticipantHi there,
It’s doesn’t seem to pull the custom css. Also, will notice the keyline around product grid which should display on hover only. If you use ?nocache it displays properly most of the time.

}Many thanks

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
If things are appearing fine with ?nocache, then we suppose there is some issue with the Cache plugin being used on your Site because it seems that without Cache your Site is appearing fine as we are seeing the concern.
So, could you please once try contacting the respective Cache Plugin Support in this regard and see what they have to say about it because we at our Test Site aren’t facing such an issue.
Best Regards.
