Theme Update Failed

    I tried updating the theme 3 times and it failed each time. The error was:
    Update Failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.

    Hi,

    As this error states, there are some problems with files permissions on your server. You need to contact your hosting providers for help or upload all files manually via FTP or cPanel.

    I never changed the file permissions, and I also am able to update other themes without issue. How do I manually update?

    But it is definitely a permissions problem since it is what the error is warning about.
    To update the theme manually you just need to replace the folder with our theme with a new version via FTP or cPanel.

    That’s what I’m asking about – where to get the latest files?
    I changed all dir permissions to 755, and all file perms to 644. This did not help, so something else is going wrong.
