Theme update failed

    I tried updating the theme from wordpress dashboar from Version: 7.3.2 to 7.5.2 details or.It is showing the below error
    Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Please let me know why this is happening

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    Done as per the above steps.But still update is not possible.
    Also the website is causing huge load to server with this theme installed.Please check.
    Many product widgets are missing

    Please deactivate the theme license on your website and keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off so we can check this on your website.

    Thank you.
    But it is found that some of the layouts including banner section ,product listing etc are missing.Can you please let me know why this is happening
