Theme update fails – active theme folder is “woodmart-latest”

    Hi,

    My website annissah.com uses WoodMart 8.3.9 (license activated today). The active theme is installed in the folder wp-content/themes/woodmart-latest.

    When I update to 8.6.6 via Dashboard → Updates, I get: “Could not move the old version to the upgrade-temp-backup directory.” The upgrade-temp-backup folder is empty and all folders are writable according to Site Health.

    When I upload the theme zip manually, WordPress installs it as a separate theme (“woodmart”) instead of updating the active one.

    How can I safely update to the latest version while keeping all my theme settings, header and layouts?
