DELAYONParticipantHi there! I tried uploading the theme and have several issues:
1. When updating the theme, several theme elements are not displayed properly.
2. Instagram shows Return Error 2000 and does not work.
3. the page is displayed wrong on various devices on the 4.5. version. Please check screenshots from below

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Please, re-upload your screenshots in a size smaller than 512KB. Or upload it to some cloud service like Dropbox or Google Drive.
Thank you in advance

DELAYONParticipantUnfortunately we can not disable the plugins as the website is life and we have constant orders coming in. Disabling plugins will make the site useless.

Artem TemosKeymasterPlease, update our Basel post types plugin as well via Appearance -> Install plugins and then check again.

DELAYONParticipantHey!
thanks for the advice. I have updated the plugins but it doesn’t show any difference.
Also any advice regarding the instagram element?

Artem TemosKeymasterWe don’t see any of the mentioned issues on your website. Where we can reproduce them?
March 19, 2019 at 10:46 am #113749
DELAYONParticipantOf course the issues are not on the website as i don’t want to have a website full of bugs live when its my main sales time.
1 Theme: Im currently on 4.5.0. If i update to 4.6.0 i get all those html texts displayed, also in preview mode. After first updating i restored the website from my backups as this mistake is making the website useless…
2 Product tabs:
After updating a few plugins and to 4.5. theme, it seams this problem occurs less however it still happens mainly on tablets and more simple laptops.3. Instagram: I think i read about this issue before here. “instagram did not return a 200”

DELAYONParticipantAlso the links to my social media profiles in the footer do not work. i don’t know what’s going on as they are listed in the social media section of the theme correctly.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe can’t check them while you don’t update the theme. We don’t have any similar issues on other websites. In this situation, you need to create a development clone of your website where you will be able to do such experiments.

DELAYONParticipantHow can i do this?
FYI: The social media link issue is live.April 3, 2019 at 1:58 pm #116708
Artem TemosKeymasterYou need to create a separate website with similar content and configuration. If you can’t do this, ask your hosting provider to create a staging clone for that.

DELAYONParticipantHi there! I use WP Staging – this should do the job shouldn’t it? You can simply access via the previously provided logins at the link below.
thanks,
Nico
