Theme update keeps failing

The theme update keeps failing please see below inf.

Hello,
Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

Hi Thank you for the tips however will this be possible to do on a test site first as It might not allow me to use the license key twice.
You can always remove all your old (test) activations in your account on our website https://xtemos.com/my-account/

I managed to update the theme however to plugins aren’t updating.
Slider Revolution and WPBakery Page Builder.
Please advise.

Hello,
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder
