Theme update not working Proper

I have update woodmart theme then failed not update.
please update my theme

Please don’t provide this types of solutions I have already try it.
Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Up

Unfortunately, the auto-update function doesn’t work on your website. In this case, please, download the theme archive in your account on ThemeForest and upload it manually via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.

In this case, please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily and switch to the parent theme. We will update the theme manually for you.
