Theme updated, Redux framework stopped working

hi there, sorry to bug you but how do i enable the footer?
under theme settings and then footer it shows that it is enabled but it does not show on they website.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please navigate to Appearance > Widgets > find Footer Column 1, 2 and so on and add widgets into the columns.

thanks, i dont see a footer option anywhere if i add a woodmart html block. when i click the drop down list there is only differnt blocks but none offer footer.
looking for the default theme one
