    Hi,

I noticed a few issues since the theme upgraded.

Description tab is clearly visible and cannot put on negative padding as it just goes under the tab. Can you please let me know how to remove “description’ tab heading? This tab only appears on mobile and tablet version. I dont wan’t this tab name visible

    Hi,

Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.

    .woocommerce-tabs > .wd-accordion-item > .wd-accordion-title,
    .woocommerce-tabs.wd-accordion.wd-style-default:before {
    	display: none;
    }

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

    Thank you that worked.

I just also noticed that since updating my whole checkout just disappeared. When I go to woofunnel – my whole checkout design is there but when I try to do a test run on the website checkout – its gone.
    See image: https://prnt.sc/f_AIvRPEGmUt

    Also,
I noticed some pages and contents are no longer in the centre. It’ has moved to the left and not centred
    See image: https://prnt.sc/yMb_bT1B1KJe
(on website live view – it’s on the left but when I go to elementor and edit the page, the content is correct and it is centred. Only on live view that it shows incorrectly).

    Hello,

Please, send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong with the checkout.

As for the second problem, could you please specify where exactly we can see it on your website?

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

FTP website access has been provided already.

Example website page where it has all gone to left alignment is: https://enuesque.com/personalise/

I’ve currently set a different checkout page temporary as the other one doesn’t work at all. However, this temporary checkout now goes to Cart in some instances even though It’s meant to go to checkout page.

Is there a way to rollback to the older version of the theme – these issues have only started since updating.

On the backend and page editor This is what I see on the page (see image: https://prnt.sc/NzlA4xiZR96e)

When I look at the same page through incognito (https://prnt.sc/PgWmu2aTWvvZ) – there’s nothing on the page!

And previously mentioned the personalise page – All contents are left aligned and the buttons appear incorrectly.
This is how its suppose to look like:
    https://prnt.sc/rvhNVw8qOP-E and https://prnt.sc/wgTr-rVisG7T

I would really like to roll back the theme version as this has caused a lot of issues. Prior to updating everything was working fine – the theme is the only thing that was updated.

    – Checkout crashed
    – Pages are out of design on the front end whilst it looks fine on the back end

    Hi,

We have checked your site without cache and your “personalise” (https://prnt.sc/mb-U5lXMrL-z) and checkout page (https://prnt.sc/xxXjuYp_uDfV) looks normal.

If you see the difference on-site between a logged and unlogged state that means that in one case (logged) you see the site without cache and in another case (unlogged, incognito mode) you see a site with cache enabled. To fix your issue try to disable the cache plugin or clear all site cache using plugin options.

Cache need to be cleared each time after theme update or after massive changes over whole site.

    Kind Regards

I have cleared cache and purge server website from hosting site and I’m still having numerous issues.

Since update > all the backend setting for page has defaulted to boxed instead of original setting of full width for some page sections.

Our contact us page isn’t appearing correct –
(backend editing: https://prnt.sc/CxUlY9p0veeP) and how it looks on the front end (https://prnt.sc/x1BJWhLtG1hV)

If you’re going to send me a screen shot of how it looks on your end. Include the site URL on the top so I can see you’re not logged in and viewing the site as a logged in user.

I don’t understand why an update is made when nt all precautions are looked in. Everything with all my pages are working fine. Woofunnels actually are fixing the checkout because of your current update. Now I need my pages fixed to how it looked before your update. You can’t blame cache as I have cached about 100 times and purged and same issue when viewing.

Also, the issue is only appearing on desktop and tablet. On mobile it looks fine – everything is working.. design works and appears accordingly. So it isn’t cache issue. Why is the desktop version crashing and defaulting on some settings.

    1. In the last theme update, we have not made any changes related to the row\full-width settings. If you facing issues with the rows please explain it in a bit more detail with links and screenshots.

    2. Your “Contact us” buttons look different in the logged\unlogged state because in the unlogged state – the buttons icon cannot be loaded properly (https://prnt.sc/O3DHkikiZkLl, https://gyazo.com/9d374e3e8bc434ad250fa2797e98ec6c). Your “Contact us” buttons are created via the third-party plugin. Our theme does not affect their work. To make sure of this, could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce.

    Kind Regards

Our host has looked into it and they said that its probably your theme update which has caused the issue.

Not a cache issue – purged cloudflare and cloudways and cleared cache on site wp rocket. But some contents are still aligned to the left.

    From home page: https://prnt.sc/TTYslvfnaNdT
    Separate page: https://prnt.sc/yMb_bT1B1KJe

    Shipping page: https://prnt.sc/qVjTSE6fIKPb

Section width setting prior to the theme upgrade, if content width was assigned for example this section and then after the update: it has caused it to be blank. The only way to fix it is to set it full width or put the setting back. So going through all your pages and product pages and changing this setting. This is shit and time consuming. Why did settings default!?
See image: back end width setting is blank!
    https://prnt.sc/ZE2xNiou7amM

Now I have to figure out what’s causing other issues. This is all because of your upgrade, now I have to spend days/weeks fixing.

HTML code design doesn’t appear on the front end.

In the latest update, we didn’t change any styles related to the section. The row width option is part of the Elementor builder plugin and it can’t be changed or overwritten by WordPress Theme.

We have checked your site and didn’t see any issues with content container align:
    Home page: https://prnt.sc/qJOwaOXOHcUB
    Shipping page: https://prnt.sc/Gxwtjsv1J038
    Personalize page: https://prnt.sc/YQ7EqFjCrKR6

We also can log in to check it on the backend because previous admin access is no longer working.

In case you want to downgrade or check how it works in the previous version you can download Woodmart 6.4.2 by the following link. (https://drive.google.com/file/d/17QZMhvqEejKUTdvSVDDZ3gAOp_yo3bsz/view?usp=sharing)
