    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards

I just installed the woodmart theme and am researching it but haven’t installed any 3rd party plugins yet. This morning I received a notification to update two plugins, elementor and woocommerce. I clicked update elementor and next I updated woocommerce, I saw that it kept updating without completing, after more than 2 hours of waiting, I tried opening the website and saw an error message and f5 again on the admin page. also received the error message. I think it’s due to the woocommerce plugin’s error

Can you tell me what you will do in Cpanel and can you guide me in detail on how to handle such cases, because I’m a bit shy about sharing my account and also want to do it myself. To gain more experience so that I can handle problems like this myself in the future, if possible, I can take a screenshot of the cpanel of all the items you need in detail so that you can guide me on how to do it.

I fixed the error by using phpMyAdmin to deactivate all plugins (Change the option_value field to: a:0:{}) then I was able to access the admin page. But when I started reactivating the plugins, I started with elementor and after running for more than 10 minutes it still hadn’t finished. I f5 the admin page again and received the message ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.’ So is the problem here due to the elementor plugin or what and how can I completely resolve this situation? Because the response time is a bit long and I’m a bit shy about handing over admin accounts, can you raise possible problems and guide me on how to solve them so I can do it myself to gain more experience? Experience handling this situation again. Thank you

I continued to fix the error by using phpMyAdmin to deactivate all plugins (Change the option_value field to: a:0:{}) and get back to the admin page, this time I updated to woodmart 8.0.0 After that, I noticed that the elemetor plugin was missing in the Woodmart theme plugins section. I clicked to update the Woodmart core plugin and the update never completed. When I f5 again on the admin page, I continued to receive the message ‘There has been done. a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

I continue to use phpMyAdmin to disable all plugins (Change the option_value field to: a:0:{}) and go to the admin page as shown in the attached image, I click activate the woodmart core plugin and the admin page continues to have an error.

Can you tell me why this situation occurs, is it due to a faulty woodmart version, what is the fix, can you guide me on how to perform the repair or take a photo of the information you need for guidance? Could you guide me on how to do it because I want to do it myself to gain more experience and am a bit shy about handing over the account unless I can’t do it anymore?
