MY site will not load up and its the theme.. I have downloaded the file off the site and tried to reinstall with no luck please help this happend with going to the new 8.33

I tried rolling back to 8.27 after the update crashed but its still not working

I rolled back to 8.27 and now its working again.. I run an eccomerce store and i cant afford to be down.. what do you suggest?

Many people are having issues obviously somthings not right

We have checked your website error logs and see a lot of critical errors caused by the fluid-checkout plugin. Please try to disable this plugin and update the theme. Let me know if the error persists.

yes that was the first we disabled and then we disabled all plugins and it was still in critical error…I cannot afford to update the theme and go down at this point .. what do you suggest?

We need to be able to test your website without plugins. If you can’t do this on your production, please create a staging environment where you update the theme so we can check the error.
