There is a conflict between your theme and Dokan plugin.

I’m using Dokan plugin with Woodmart theme. The header moves below the vendor dashboard on review tab. Plus the welcome page seems broken. Please see the images.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme, switch to the parent theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Please, disable all the external plugins first. And switch to the parent theme if you are using the child theme.
When I disable external plugins it gives 404 error on vendor dashboard.
I have tried disabling the plugins but doesn’t work.
Please, disable them now so we can test this ourselves.

Yes that’s what I said earlier. It happens when you disable the plugins.
If you need to disable the plugins again please login to the website and disable them.
Could you please also check how it works with default WordPress theme like twentysixteen?
The problem still persists in default theme.
It means that this problem comes from the plugin and it is not our theme conflict. You need to contact plugin’s developers for help regarding this concern.
