There is an adaptation problem with the theme on the mobile terminal.

I used this theme, but when I was decorating the store, I found a serious problem on the mobile terminal. On the product details page, the menu bar and some policy clicks cannot be expanded normally. Please help me check what is causing it, thank you Your help.

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate parent theme clear cache, and check back.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
