Please clarify, if you use SVG images? Try to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your <svg> tag like it is shown: http://prntscr.com/lsm3bp Then you will need to re-upload your icons in WordPress Dashboard. You can set the width as per your needs.
If you open our demo in Explorer you would not see the same problem, that is why we suspect the issue is caused by SVG.
