Hey, I saw that some pages are not manu – and some are fine. Do you know this problem? I guess that’s a wp-rocket thing.

Check out this screenshot. There is no menu at the top

    Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

This is most likely caused by the header customizations. Please disable all third party plugins and disable all header-related custom code.

Then check back. If the problem still persists then provide the admin panel login details of the website.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

I have logged into your website and disabled all Custom CSS located in the Global Custom CSS section and the header navigation start to look normal in the safari browser

So this issue is caused by your custom code. Please disable all custom code related to the main navigation and header elements, and check again.

    Regards.

To check last changes on your site, make sure you have done the following steps:

    1. Clear cache in WP Rocket plugin or temporary disable WP Rocket cache plugin. (https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/53-clear-wp-rocket-cache)
    2. Clear cache in Safari browser. (https://clear-my-cache.com/en/apple-mac-os/safari.html)

Also, you can log in to your site in Safari browser to ignore WP Rocket caching.

We have done following steps, cleared cache in your cache plugin, clear cache in Safari web browser and now your site header looks normal (video https://gyazo.com/25f8d96609c29cb9faaa2b1e8b923931).

    Kind Regards

I logged into the panel via safari and everything is fine. (with my css code) When I cleared the cache on the website and the browser – the error returns.

    Hello,

The issue is caused by the WP Rocket cache plugin. Please disable the cache plugin then remove the cache folder from the wp-content then check the site. I am sure your issue will be solved.

    Best Regards.
