Hi, I deactivated all plugins and tried again but the same popup appeared again.
Try yourself: theme settings > shop > promo popup > and disable it
Then when you save the message come up

Try to increase them twice. Also, are you using Godaddy hosting? Did you read about mod_rewrite issue that may be a possible reason for the problem?
