There is https://perfectfresh.com/perfect/wp-admin a serious problem here and nothing can be done. It was also a clean install, no plugins.

Hello,

I have found that you are using the PHP 7.0.

The theme minimum requirement is PHP 7.4 or greater. Please change the PHP version to 7.4 or greater then theme will work fine. You can easily change the PHP version from your CPanel.
