Hello, I have added Product categories to my page and I do have to show three columns instead of two ones in the mobile view, which seems like a default unchangeable value. In Product categories Settings I have set a number of columns, but higher values than two are ignored.

    Hello,

I saw the screenshots you attached. The mobile version of the page inherits from the desktop version.

Unfortunately, you cannot increase or decrease the number of columns for the categories widget for the mobile version. It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    Best Regards.

Thank you for the response. Could I kindly ask you to give me at least some clue how to do it? Because it’s really an important part of my website.

I have already tried to set different width for columns, but it hasn’t solved the problem. What should I do to achieve three columns there? I can give Product categories into three columns in a row and then change width for the columns to 33%, which can help to achieve my goal, but it isn’t a nice way to go. Therefore any help would be more than appreciate.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no option in theme settings available to display three columns for the product categories module on the mobile.

The way you mentioned by adding the product categories in three columns will not help you. Because it could duplicate the categories in the module. The responsive version of the section inherits from the desktop view. I have added it three times but the columns are still two on mobile.

Sorry we cannot help you with this. It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    Hope you can understand.

    Best Regards.
