Thrive Leads Conflict

I’m trying to use Thrive Leads, but it only works when I activate another theme.

I’ve disabled all plugins, but the Thrive Leads editor only opens when I change the theme.

Can you help me please?

We have not tested the plugin you mention. Our theme is compatible with WP Bakery page builder.
