tradeadaptkoreaParticipantWe are experiencing an issue where the thumbnail images for products appear and disappear inconsistently. Sometimes the thumbnail image is pushed to the left, partially covered, or only half-visible. Additionally, the images do not change when clicked, or the cursor for scrolling up and down disappears and is not visible. This issue occurs both on mobile and PC. How can we resolve this?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have checked your site. The images are showing fine.
See video for clarification:
https://uploadnow.io/f/DtgxzlFSometimes, outdated or cached files can cause display issues. Check back your site after completely clearing the browser cache.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

tradeadaptkoreaParticipantI have checked the plugin side, but it is difficult for me to identify the issue. Please check the Extra Information (visible to moderators only) section below.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.6 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards

tradeadaptkoreaParticipantI’ve tried updating the Woodmart theme several times, but I don’t know why it’s not working—the update keeps failing. Please check this issue.

tradeadaptkoreaParticipantDifferent error message has shown
“Update failed: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 7044382 bytes received”
Please let me know how I can update.

tradeadaptkoreaParticipantI have followed your advice and UPDATED to the WOODMART V:7.6.0 theme, and I also checked the plugins, but I still can’t figure out what the issue is. Now the thumbnail images aren’t even changing. The arrow for switching images has disappeared as well.
This simple problem is taking too long to resolve, and we are currently running a BIG SALE along with ongoing advertisements, which is causing significant inconvenience to our customers. I’m providing you with the admin ID and password. Please check and fix this as soon as possible.
