Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

I checked with another theme, it works like a charm in other themes. the same image works well in inner pages but not on the home page.

common thing with the issue is images are in.jpg format

We still see additional plugins active. Are you able to temporarily disable them and switch to the parent theme?

could you please do the rest of the things, you are free to deactivate plugins and all, I’m not sure about the default plugins and all.

The issue what we experience only when the product is in carousel view, it works in search results, related product section in single product, product suggestion section in side bars and everything, not in carousel view..

As we can see, the image for this product has a wrong path and it doesn’t work in the Dashboard as well as with other themes. Try to fix this or reupload the images https://gyazo.com/9e080d6a6eef5ee643ef875aab14f146

How is it possible??? the same image for the product fetches correctly in search results and rest of the websites. even in related product section, sidebar section etc..

The same image works fine in product preview as well

Could you please send us the name of the product you test and direct links where it works and where doesn’t?

We noticed that if we disable this plugin https://gyazo.com/c762b3242192a0e0c224ca7cf1a4eec0
image doesn’t work at all on the product page as well. It means that this plugin does something on WooCommerce pages to load images correctly. But it doesn’t work with our products carousel.

That plugin runs our business, and the plugin is built especially for woocommerce, unfortunately we cant remove that plugin, any other option to suggest.

We suggest you to upload images for these products manually to be sure that they are loaded from your website without any problems.

The issue is with your theme carousel same image works fine in rest of your theme, please fix the issue with the carousel

As we said, images are replaced somehow with the plugin. And that function is not applied to our carousel. We are not able to fix this since it is how the plugin works, we can’t do this in our theme’s code. The are two ways to resolve this: contact plugin’s developers and ask them what exactly should we change in the code to make it work or upload images correctly.
